Looking for a simple sauteed spinach recipe?

This simple sauteed spinach recipe is so easy and simple to incorporate into eggs for breakfast, or breakfast for dinner, as well as side dishes for dinner meals or to add into a hot sandwich for lunch. So many options!

Season however you’d like, simple salt and pepper, or just keep the recipe as is, sauteed spinach with oil.

Some of my favorite variations are using a buffalo spice blend for a kick with eggs at breakfast and garlic powder, salt and pepper for sides.

This is the recipe I use to start my Scrambled Egg White and Spinach Recipe.

Keep it simple. There’s no need to complicate recipes and I think that so many times we think we need to keep outdoing ourselves, etc. Who has time for that?

These recipes are designed to work with you, to keep it simple in the kitchen with real foods. All my recipes are created with ingredients from the MRT list for those going through the LEAP program to heal their gut and work around food sensitivities.

Curious if you may have a food sensitivity or several? Check out my site at www.rdnutritionconsulting.com to learn more. Chances are you do…I think most of us do. It’s amazing what calming the gut and inflammation in our bodies can do for us.

Brain fog gone? Energy level up? Anxiety reduced? IBS symptoms reduced or resolved? Yep! It’s all possible with the MRT and LEAP program!

Curious about the benefits of spinach? We all know, I think, about the iron in spinach thanks to that beloved cartoon character from the 60’s…

In addition to iron, spinach is good for Vitamin A, C, K and E. As well as folate, calcium, potassium and magnesium which are all important for bone health, heart health, to name a few.
